TXO systems, created by Charles T. Cooksey, President of CTC Global Enterprise Operations (CTCGEO), are mechanized 3-tiered exoskeleton helmets with next-generation technology designed and developed to simultaneously mitigate and prevent impact-oriented Traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and neck injuries (NI) to 3 critically vulnerable areas – the head, brain, and neck (HBN). TXO provides unprecedented protection from impact forces common in our 15 targeted markets.

The systems are designed for sports/recreation (S/R) participants and the fall-prone physically challenged (PC) in 15 global markets. The S/R

Established helmet producers in TXO markets are not creating necessary designs to sufficiently protect those in our 15 markets. Some helmet designs actually facilitate TBI caused by “brain sloshing” resulting in dementia and possibly suicide, and NI such as fractures and paralysis. The TXO solution reduces the risk of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), dementia, paralysis, and many other possible TBI and NI injuries. TXO is the unmatched helmet solution.
